ACCOMMODATION IS FREE! 

Accommodation is free for all participants in a double/triple room per person during the night of September 17, 2026. The participants will stay in a double/triple room. The conference fee covers conference materials, Coffe Breaks, Dinner (September 17), breakfast and lunch (September 18). Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener. Participants who prefer a double/triple room should inform the name of the person they will be staying with. If there is no person to stay with, they should change their preferences to single room.Participants who prefer a single room can stay at the hotel by paying the single room difference.
